Accept the family calendar invitation in Apple Calendar, then reopen CareDates. In CareDates Settings, check Calendar access and the selected source calendar.
Live UW Medicine/Fred Hutch MyChart synchronization is still awaiting activation and complete appointment coverage. For now, the family calendar remains the appointment source and MyChart exports must be added manually. An Epic Sandbox connection is for testing; it does not connect to your real treatment appointments.
For an enabled connection, open CareDates Settings and review its health system, last successful update and any sign-in message. Only one designated family phone needs to import appointments into the shared calendar. Background updates depend on iOS and may be delayed.
Disconnect MyChart in CareDates Settings to stop future imports, or revoke access in MyChart. Existing real Calendar events remain. To stop sharing those events with others, change the calendar's sharing permissions in Calendar; disconnecting MyChart alone does not stop calendar sharing.
